Fennel honey is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, providing many health benefits including improving digestion, fighting infant colic, fighting inflammation in the airways, preventing fluid retention, promoting milk flow during pregnancy and soothe menstrual pain.
The consistency of honey is liquid and it crystallizes very slowly. It is amber yellow in color with a full-bodied taste and hints of nuts.
In order to preserve all its flavors and qualities, it should not be heated above 37°C and should be stored in a dry place, away from light.
