How to consume it?
You should know that fresh pollen is a food that is very sensitive to air and heat. You should keep your tray in the freezer and take out the desired quantity in the morning, when you are ready to eat it.
It is recommended to take a pollen cure 2 to 3 times a year, ideally during the change of seasons. Some top athletes can consume up to 100g per day!
Pollen can be eaten with anything you want. But it is when combined with fruit that it best reveals its full potential because there is a synergy between fruit and pollen. It can be sprinkled on a fruit salad, and what's more... it's delicious!
Our fresh Pollens can be consumed as soon as the child has a well-diversified diet, generally from 18 months. A teaspoon is enough, to sprinkle on a yogurt, a compote at the end of a meal.

You will need:
- 1 mashed banana
