We control all stages of production to guarantee a product of excellent quality. The nuts are exclusively collected from the trees and pulped to extract the nut. Any collection of nuts or kernels from the inhabitants of the Arganeraie is prohibited. The kernels are extracted from the nuts as and when required for the production of argan oil.
The argan oil obtained is filtered and stored away from light. It does not undergo any deodorization treatment and no other product is added (preservative for example). Its fine texture and nutty taste make it one of the most popular oils in culinary terms.
Our culinary argan oil is perfect for enhancing your oriental dishes, tagines and pastries. It is recommended as a substitute for sources of "bad" saturated fatty acids contained in animal fats.
